The p trap in my bathroom was corroded and fell apart in my efforts to retrieve an earring that fell down the drain. Plumbing Geek responded quickly to my “cries for help” and scheduled a professional to replace the pipe. Jacob explained the problem and the remedy and gave me an estimate on the spot. I chose to go ahead with the repair which was done quickly and efficiently! I am very pleased.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Mark and Kevin. What started as a straightforward job turned into something more complex, but they handled it with exceptional professionalism. Their flexibility with scheduling, clear explanations of what was needed, and reasonable pricing adjustments were all top-notch. I would definitely hire this company again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended! BTW, Mark - the company forgot to include the valve extenders in the original shipment. I should have them in a few days.

Armando and Mark kept us updated as to there arrival which was in the time frame provided when we ordered service. Armando was great. Very knowledgeable. Determined the issue and fixed it promptly. Also recommended additional issue with the outside water main valve that should be changed out. I recommend the Plumbing Geek for professional and knowledgeable plumbing at a fair price.

Had an immediate reply and booked a call the next morning. on time, professional, clean. Did not have the equipment they needed on first vist to unclog this drain, but rescheduled right away and took care of it the next business day. Very happy with the service and completion of the job
