I have decided not to go forward with the project and didn't use Cecilia's services but Lei had called me within a few minutes after submitting the service request. He had spent more than 10 minutes reviewing the proposal, patiently listening and asking right questions to understand the requirements and the scope. A very nice person and a great communicator. If I change my mind to proceed, I will definitely hire Lei and his services without second thought

Lei and the team at Cecilia Home recently helped us complete a remodel design project. It's a great room/kitchen remodel where several wall are removed, and floors are ceilings are raised in order to create a more open feel to the home. They did an excellent job. Often, by the time we logged into the home owner building permit portal, the team at Cecilia not only had acknowledged comments from the city, but had already provided responses. The team handled all the structural and technical aspects of the project with ease. The project management team at Cecilia Home is also excellent. They proactively notified us when the city required our involvement, and otherwise kept the project moving forward with expediency. I am very pleased with the services Cecilia Home provided, and I will definitely be a repeat customer for future remodel projects. Thank you Lei, and thank you to the rest of the Cecilia Home team.

The service we offer included the item called permit application assistance, which means we will represent home owner to respond to any comments from jurisdiction. We understand it is not easy to understand all the comment from either planning or building department.
