Emilio is an amazing trainer to work with. He puts you to work and does not like to take any shortcuts with his clients. Under his guidance and training I’ve exceeded my fitness goals and has helped me to be consistent. I 100% recommend him to anyone considering fitness training.

Emilio impressed me from the get-go. He’s a highly motivated young professional with a great head on his shoulders, well-studied in his craft (anatomy, functional strength training, nutrition, athlete psychology); he’s mentally, physically and emotionally present, fun to be around, inspiring, & motivating, with his feet planted solidly in his growth goals and the wellbeing of his clients front & center. He takes care of himself, is a role model and energizing person — he truly cares about each of his clients as individuals and studies their unique strengths; he compensates for and considers injuries; he’s constantly looking to innovate exercises … sets and reps (toggling between volume and heavy days) and works toward each clients’ potential. I can’t give a higher recommendation than I give to Mr. Montalvo. 10 out of 10!

I’ve been seeing Emilio for about 2 months and he’s the best! I’ve already referred friends and family to him. He’s very professional and really knows what he’s doing. Always makes sure my work outs are productive and safe. The gym it’s is always clean, friendly, and has the best equipment around.
