FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will match or beat all competitors prices .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out to me, I generally call or text to let you know the referral was received. I will then schedule an appointment, at your convenience, to come and do an estimate. The scope of the work is discussed, the time frame in which the work is needed and how long it will take to complete the work. Within 24 hours, I will email a written estimate to you. Upon approval of the estimate, you will be provided a date for when the work will be done. The date is by mutual agreement between Pree's Professional Painting, and you, the customer. As a general rule, for a typical 3 bedroom, 2 bath residential home it generally takes up one week for an interior and one week for the exterior. This is just a guide as, obviously, there are a lot of variables- square footage, number of colors, height of ceilings, to name a few. On the first day of an exterior job, mainly just water blasting will be done. For interior jobs, generally I ask customers to move all the small belongings and we will move all the large pieces of furniture. Each job is an individual and unique set of variables. Communication is key. I try to inform you on a daily basis as to how the work is progressing. Each job concludes with a final walkthrough to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an apprentice in the Painters Union for 5 years and earned my journeyman level. I worked as a Union Journeyman painter for about 5 years before starting my own business. I earned my contracors license in 2006. I am also certified for lead abatement.
