They were an hour late. That was ok. But, I should have been notified. She blamed me because I used the app.
Lacked attention to detail. I’ve had to redo some floors.
The cleaning was fine for everyday. But, I specified that this was for an open house and detail and sparkle were paramount.

However we always make a phone call to all our customers to to explain that all the schedule are between like 8-10, 11-1, 1-3. Etc. end if you get second schedule of the day you select 11am on the app but when we talk to you we especially the arrival time is between 11am-1pm.

We don’t provide or charge for any as shampoo, steam, or power wash.
And on your home we mopped triple time we work with hand not machine and always doing our BEST and as always we asked if was anything else that we can do for you and offered you always can call us back if you need anything else. before we left.
