I received an immediate response to my somewhat urgent request and had what may have been the best communication I've ever experienced on Thumbtack or with any other contractor. Dian arrived exactly when he said he would first thing the next morning, was both friendly and professional, efficiently installed my new ceiling fan, and was a complete pleasure to work with from start to finish.
