Jonathan, the owner, was very nice and made an exception to drop by the house to look at the issue even though he was busy. He spent some time here diagnosing the issue. Unfortunately he didn't have the part to fix the issue the same day so he provided a temporary fix for the weekend so our family wouldnt be without heat. He didn't even take payment for the visit and said I can pay once he returns to replace the part the following week. When the weekend ended, he followed up with me promptly to let me know the price for the repair and was prepared to come over once he received the part. Our heater magically started working again over the weekend so I told him to postpone ordering the part and would call him back for the repair if the heater stopped working again. He was super understanding and I simply paid for the visit from the week before. Will be using him moving forward for all our HVAC needs.

Jonathan did a great job on a duct rerouting project. There was a tight squeeze in the attic and crawl space but he managed to get it installed and working good. All communications prior to the job were good and all was completed on time and on budget. I'd definitely recommend Jobon Heating and AC.

Great reliable service.
I opted for the annual service package for my HVAC system. It includes seasonal check ups on unit and priority service if the unit goes on the blink.
