Fantastic service. Dimitri was able to come within a few hours. He was able to actually repair the circuit board on our dishwasher, which had developed a short circuit. (In this day and age, most repairs consist of swapping out the entire board or scrapping the entire appliance.). He explained the process and showed me the bad part before fixing it. Really top-notch service from a skilled workman. The only reason I considered giving 4stars instead of 5 is that I thought the cost of $320 for one hour of work was a bit high, even taking into account the fast response. Still cheaper than a new machine, though!

I had a fantastic experience with these guys who came and fixed my dryer. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. The issue was the build up of lint from the internal exhaust through the duct and up to the roof. They unclogged the "pipe" and restore my dryer back to working condition.
I will note that I had hired a competitor who came out and charged me more than these guys and couldn't fix the issue. Don't be fooled by lots of good reviews. Go with these guys and you won't regret it. They were also nice to chat with -- very friendly and explained everything clearly to me. I'll definitely use them again next time for appliance repairs.

Major Appliance came over as scheduled and tried a quick fix on our ice maker but when that wasn't the issue they promptly ordered us a new ice maker and installed it at mo charge, except for the cost of the part. They also have great follow up to make sure everything is working. We will use them again for our appliance repair needs.
