- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call and diagnostic fee is 50$ (or free with repair). We provide upfront pricing before any work begins, so there are no surprises. We also offer discounts for seniors, military personnel, and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by discussing the issue over the phone or via message to get a basic idea of the problem. Then, I schedule a service visit for a diagnosis. Once I determine the exact issue, I provide a clear estimate for the repair. If the customer approves, I proceed with the repair, often on the same visit if I have the necessary parts. If a part needs to be ordered, I schedule a follow-up appointment. My goal is to provide honest, reliable service with no hidden fees.

I have extensive hands-on experience in appliance repair, installation, and maintenance. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of brands and models, staying up to date with the latest industry standards. I’ve also completed specialized training and certifications to ensure high-quality service.
