When we work with a new or repeat customer, we do our best to understand exactly what our customer expects and everything the job will entail, BEFORE given an estimate. This makes it easy and convenient for both the customer and us, as it allows us to adjust and customize our estimates based on the amount of work, the weight of the work, and special details of the job. This ensures that our customers get the best price, every time.

When we work with a new customer,we really strive to understand exactly what he or she needs from us. Often times, people become attached to items and that creates an internal struggle when deciding what to get rid of. We practice patience and understanding with each and every customer, while also working efficiently and thoroughly.

Be as thorough as possible when explaining how you would like the job done. Great communication is key to customer satisfaction.
