- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions are minimum 3hours and kept under 6 hours and are billed hourly - I accept Venmo, cash or check in order to be as flexible for the client as possible- I keep a loose 60mi radius from Riverside and bill $20/session to haulaway any donations to Goodwill (as it fits in my vehicle)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I like to speak to a potential client and set up a walk through of their project in order to visualize their needs and begin to determine solutions and time frames for completion- I've also provided estimates from pictures the client provides saving them the consultation fee and time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a life long "organized person" and am currently working on my certification thru NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) of which I am a member - I currently hold the Residential Oranizing Specialist cert with NAPO
