SoCal build and design has done several projects for us. Chris is great and our friends all now is him, too. He refurnished a rental studio for us where he put in a new wi Dow, did lots of electrical and dry wall, moved a wall to create a small kitchen, added a hood to the stove, and put in a beautiful tile floor throughout the entire space.
He also took out a big wall in our house to expand our living room, I combing lots of electrical, drywalling walls and ceiling, putting new beams up on the ceiling, and new lighting.
