- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am selecting strategic price points to best take advantage of a service based market relative to the competition. My prices are always based on the time and skill needed to complete the project. My prices are in most cases greatly less than HR Block and of course, my work is 100% guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation, exchange of documentation, my work time, review, submission, return of documentation and reports (or taxes, or both)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2000 I have finished my B.A. in Accountancy at Sacramento State University. The same year started at Dooley Tax & Financial Services, Inc. and quickly got trusted with a management position. Under the supervision of a "tough boss" and mentor become preparing individual tax returns. In a short time, I was handling not only Individual tax returns but Corporate, Partnerships and Trust taxes all on my own. Meanwhile assisting Law office of Williams and Associates with complicated tax issues of few clients. Decided to be my own boss and set up my own practice in 2008.
