Whether you need to complete a large infrastructure installation or just need a simple printer repair at home, Prestwood IT loves to provide the best care! We ensure to work with you directly to explain how we intend to complete your request up to and including providing a free quote as well as stay in contact during the repair in case of any changes in the scope of work needing to be performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Techs - All of our current Systems Engineers have either graduated from a fully accredited undergraduate computer science program or are in their senior year of a undergraduate computer science-related degree. Most of our Engineers carry modern IT field professional certifications up to and including: - CompTIA professional certifications for A+, Network+, Security+, and more! - Google professional certifications - Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, etc) - AWS Certifications - Cisco Certifications - Compliance related Certifications (HIPAA, etc) We also have a team which specializes in Web design and Backend development, graphic design, logos, marketing, and more!
