Delphine was great. She actually arrived early. Everything was done efficiently, but she was also very friendly and personable. Because the client was a senior citizen, Delphine actually offered to do her notarized signature at a discount. If you live in the area of Citrus Heights, I highly recommend that you use Delphine for your mobile notarization services.
