Serge and crew came through. They arrived on time and worked quick. I was surprised that they were wrapping my couches with blankets and plastic wrap to protect them at no additional cost. Super professional and transported my stuff from San Jose to Campbell in no time.

Hired three movers. They arrived on time, worked fast, wrapped the items I needed wrapped. Would have rated them higher but they put two dents in my fridge while moving it to my new location.

I am just in shock at the job the movers did. I have never written a negative review but the more I look at my furniture and items I see so much damage. My coffee table and end table completely scuffed up, small dents on the wood. My wooden lamp stand scuffed up. Every piece of small furniture is dirty with black prints. I had a one bedroom apartment 600 sq feet. I had no couch and no dining room table. It took over 2 hours to load the truck with 2 movers. My entire job was 4 1/2 hours and my new place was only 15 minutes away. I hate to write this but the more I look at my stuff, the more upset and sad I get

Thanks for the feedback! Your son-in-law handled the loading and unloading of the wooden lamp and white table, although the white table was in very bad shape beforehand, so he probably couldn't have made it any worse. We wrapped each piece of furniture in blankets, so it wouldn't get damaged during transport. Regarding the time it took for your move, we filled up a 20ft truck and the unloading location was quite far away, so there was no way two movers could finish the job in just 2-3 hours.
