- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices I provide on Thumbtack are estimated pricing. I do need to see the size of the job & complete details in order to give a more accurate price. If I can see the job before I quote I can give you the best price possible. I always give an honest & fair price to my customers. Our pricing not only includes our labor, but also pays for our gas & dumping fees for junk removal. And for moving if you send me a list and when I get there there is something added to the list it might change the price and it’s very important to let me know if there is any stairs or not stairs remember if there’s something extra that price might change thank you and remembered to give me as much details as you can
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Like to get details about the project. 2. Like to meet with the customer so I can fully understand what they are looking to accomplish. 3. Like to get the customer's phone number so we can keep in touch over the duration of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience with the moving business. I also have 5 years of experience in furniture delivery with Nature Wood furnishings which helps me with assembling & disassembling furniture.
