From the start, I was told they would confirm the day before. But I wasn't notified until later in the afternoon. Was concerned because I hired online and didn't know how to reach them...I expected an earlier confirmation. But was confirmed after my persistence. The workers were slightly late, but again, no worries because getting to my place can be challenging. The two workers were very professional and thorough. They did a great job. I would recommend them for a movie out cleaning. They made the 3,600 SF house sparkling... for real. I and the butter were happy.
