- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every remodel is different, so pricing depends on the amount of work, materials, finishes, and the overall scope of the project. We always try to find the best solution for the client’s budget while still delivering quality work that lasts. Most of our projects are kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and full home renovations. Some clients want a simple update, while others want a full transformation with layout changes, custom finishes, lighting, flooring, and more. We are not the cheapest company, but we focus on doing the work correctly, staying organized, and giving clients a smooth experience from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually it starts with a phone call or message where the client explains what they want to do. After that, we schedule a site visit to see the space in person, talk about ideas, budget, materials, and possible options for the project. Once we understand the scope of work, we prepare a detailed estimate and explain the process step by step. If permits are needed, we help with that as well. During the remodel we stay in communication with the client, provide updates, and make sure everything moves forward the right way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 15 years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling. I’ve worked on projects in different countries including Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, which gave me experience with many different building styles and construction methods. My background includes kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, drywall, painting, finish work, and full interior renovations. Most of my experience comes from real jobsite work and years of solving problems in the field.
