- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“About prices: my prices are transparent and depend on the volume and complexity of the work. Before starting work, I always discuss the cost to avoid unexpected surprises. Discounts are possible for large orders or regular customers. There are no additional fees, all details are agreed upon in advance. I will be happy to discuss the details and offer favorable conditions!”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“My process for working with a new client is simple and transparent. First, we discuss the task - the client describes the problem or work that needs to be done. Then I estimate the scope of work and give a preliminary cost. If everything is OK, we agree on a time and I start doing it. I always keep the client informed of the progress, and upon completion, I show the result and make sure that everything is done at a high level. Openness and honest communication are important at every stage.”

“During my work I have gained considerable practical experience in performing various repair and maintenance tasks. I constantly improve my skills by performing a wide variety of projects, from minor repairs to more complex installations. I strive for high quality and always use proven methods and solutions.”
