4/4/25. Vlad from Impulse was prompt, professional and takes pride in his work! He came as planned and worked on our front load washing machine. Took longer than expected, which I did not mind. He ran tests and made sure it was 100% ok before leaving. I felt he had a lot of pride in his work and I can respect that. There was a small leak he pointed out, which he fixed. Definitely went well and beyond what I expected. Will definitely keep him in my phone book.
