Ralph Castro, owner of Painter Tech has taken care of two properties for me that were homes requiring paint jobs to satisfy HOA demands. Ralph did the job quickly and passed both inspections. He pays attention to detail. Good painter. I have hired him for another job. Yeah, I like their work and his price is competitive. I am a third party, not affiliated with paint tech.
