- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing mainly depends on the amount of equipment/ setups needed to put a great show and also the travel distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally would have a phone discussion/ presentation to feel the vibe and ensure we're the right fit for each other. Then I'd send out a questionnaire to have all the technical details regarding the Event, then would draft the contract and e-sign it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electric Engineering, Equipment Service and playing various musical instruments as a hobby helped a lot in becoming who I am today
