- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re up front and honest about our prices, but please know that in this industry every job is little different. Some stains need to be treated differently. You may receive a base quote over the phone, once on-site we will then walk the job with you to confirm that price. If additional services are necessary or desired you will be notified up front prior to the work being performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to your customers is essential! We ask if they have any specific needs or concerns, we walk the job with them, explaining the process and making appropriate recommendations. You need to feel confident that you have the right company doing the job that’s why all questions are welcome and appreciated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience in this industry, multiple IICRC certifications and a ton wonderful & crazy stories that come along with this type of work lol.
