Alex did an amazing job for us -- if any contractor we worked with from now on was half as good as him, we'd be set for life! We had a riverstone tile shower floor that had been recently installed but unfortunately was not properly sloped which led to puddles of water and required us to replace the floor. Alex gave us a very fair price to remove and replace the and provided extraordinary work that went above and beyond our expectations. Our shower floor not only drains perfectly now, but it looks even better than before!

Alex did an incredible job on our backsplash in our kitchen. He was very clean throughout the job and worked swiftly. He is a perfectionist, with a passion for tile. After seeing the transformation in our kitchen, we are hoping to hire him back for a project on our bathroom floor. I wouldn’t hire anyone else for tile except for Alex!

Alex did an excellent job installing our kitchen backsplash. It was an intricate tile and Alex did a very nice job paying close attention to every detail. He even helped reset a new window strip that had to be cut to the new trim. Very passionate about his trade, professional and delivers a great end result. We hope to use Alex on another project soon.

If you want your tile project to be done with high quality, thoughtfulness and integrity give Alex a ring. I got 3 bids for my project and if the 3 bids Alex was the highest however he was the only one who showed up that actually does the work too. The others sent sales people who only take pictures, measurements and forwards them onto installers. Alex being a one man show does both the quoting and installation. He was the only one to ask the most basic of questions and frequently gave me choices on tile positions when I had options of where I want full tiles or cuts. He was hired to do my front entry floor, kitchen floor, fireplace hearth and fireplace face and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend him for anyone's tile needs and will be hiring him again in the near future to work on my bathroom. Note: The surrounding floors are going to be wood which I am installing myself if you are wondering.

I was fortunate to have Alex perform a tile repair project in a bathroom tub enclosure. He's an artist and an expert on tile and all structural code requirements. Alex went below the tile surface and upgraded the structural and water integrity of the enclosure and applied moisture barriers and provided several explanations throughout the process. We've also discussed some other larger projects that I would like completed and hope that he will be the one available to do the renovations. Alex would be my go to person for 'ANY' tiling jobs in the near future. A gentleman and an expert. Thanks

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please! Do not go with the cheapest bid or hire a unlicensed contractor. The old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Many contractors who offer cheaper estimates may take shortcuts and not follow code to make up for the low cost of the job, which could cost you thousands of dollars more in the end. Do not roll the dice with thousands of dollars, do your research when you hire a contractor.
