Gabriel was so easy to work with. He called me right away when I made a request, and came to my house at the time promised. Due to the nature of the problem, he took the laptop to his shop. I am so happy that I chose Gabriel to work on my laptop. I did not know what to do with my laptop. It was so slow and it had not been charged or used for almost a year. I was actually going to go and buy another one. But I remembered Thumbtack, and decided to give it a try. Well, I found the best computer specialist out there. Gabriel explained everything to me and I actually understood him. He told me what needed to be done and then he took my laptop home and fixed it. A few days later he delivered it to my workplace!!! I am thrilled. I am actually using it to write this review. It is a joy. The laptop was so slow, but he changed the hard drive and now it is so fast and clean. I recommend him to anyone.
