- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What’s most important to us is making sure we can fit within the customers timeline and budget. Unlike other contractors we are there to see the project through and ensure our customers are satisfied with the results.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently completed a full remodel on a 24 unit apartment building for the Chicano federation, which was devastated by the flooding in San Diego. The project timeline was quoted 6-8 months by our competitors and we completed it in 7 weeks.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important decision is finding a contractor that you trust and feel confident will be able to complete your project. Always be sure payment schedules are set based off tasks being completed.
