HANDS DOWN BEST EMBROIDERY SHOP IN SD!
I reached out to Stitched Down for a late birthday present for my Sister, and despite having an abundance of orders, they were able to expedite this order for me. I had a little over a week to get a present and they were able to make it with more than enough time. Initially, I wanted one just for my sister but when they sent me the final product of my Sisters hoodie, I just had to order one for me.
They remained transparent and patient throughout the process. I've received custom work done from other local shops in San Diego, and it always seemed I was a bother when I wanted an update on my order. With Stitched Down, it was the complete opposite. They kept me updated throughout the process and I'm definitely going to be back for all my custom embroidery.
