As a seasoned home owner I know the importance of maintenance before it becomes an emergency. Working with Lucy and Issac from the start seemed genuine and respectful to me as a customer and to each other. Issac always respectively communicated when he was on his way to my home as well as asking to arrive early without assumption. Also, he gave me a price I felt was honestly appropriate for what needed to be done. Two other companies bid three times as much and I already purchased the unit from the company. This job was an install only. Issac completed a fabulous job puzzling all together even with a cliche….he determination and technical know how got it done. I decided to have Bro Bros return in 6-12 months to change out my filters. I don’t touch plumbing or some electricity (120 V only) 😊. Last, if you have questions about any job or price quoted from companies always speak up and do your research. Bro Bros was fair, professional, patience, educational, and a blessing to work with. Thank you for a positive experience. 🫶🏾😁
