When my gas water heater broke down, I googled a bunch of repair companies. I scheduled a day and called and emailed them. Spoke with those who followed up with a phone call, and emailed pictures of the unit. Then nothing. I spent about a week doing this. I finally found Cory at Taylor through Thumbtack. I like that he’s a family owned business because those are usually the best customer service, and I wasn’t wrong. I sent my inquiry, he called and text me back almost immediately. I emailed him pictures. He scheduled an appointment within 24 hours. He did the work 2 days later. Fantastic customer service, very professional, and a nice guy besides. I highly recommend.
