PLEASE READ INFORMATION BEFORE INQUIRING: Hi, I’m Krystal! I’m 25 and I provide Housekeeping & Pet Sitting services. HOUSEKEEPING (scroll down for Pet Sitting): 2hr minimum, discounts applied to appointments exceeding the minimum. 2hrs $100, 2.5hrs $125, 3hrs $150, 3.5hrs $175, 4hrs $200, 4.5hrs $225, 5hrs $250, 5.5hrs $275, 6hrs $300 Discounts- New clients: 10% Returning weekly, biweekly, triweekly clients: 10% Availability- Open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday. Experience- My father owned a cleaning business that I worked for for many years, and I now run my own! -I have plenty of experience with cleaning, sanitation, and organization. -I’m kind, reliable, trustworthy, and have a very convenient amount of OCD making this field my perfect niche. Please take into consideration that I am one person and cleaning takes time. Every home is different and time can vary. You either want a thorough standard, deep attention-to-detail, or speedy. I prefer to simply get the job done right and leave it clean. Multiple appointments may be required to return some homes to a clean & functional state, and I can maintain it from there:-) A happy space is a happy face! I’m happy to help. PET SITTING: $25 for a visit (30mins-1hr) $35 for an extended visit (2hrs +) $45 for overnight If I am visiting multiple times per day (breakfast and dinner/overnight) the fee is $55 per day including all visits. If I am staying for 3+ nights, I will give you a packaged discount to help aid in price! If I am driving for 45+mins to your residence, a small $20 travel fee will be added. Experience- I grew up around every animal you can think of, and have plenty of pet sitting experience. You may even read in my reviews that some of my cleaning clients like to use me for pet sitting services as well. I absolutely adore all living creatures and am great with animals, I’d be happy to help take care of your babies when needed.

Krystal is wonderful, her cleaning service is the best I ever had. My kitchen when she was done did a great job and every knook and cranny was clean. She even organized my refrigerator and threw stuff out of it that was expired.Looking forward to her coming back again and again to do the rest of the house and even to take care my pets when I go on vacation. We really like the wonderful job Krystal did cleaning our house! She gave me a very generous and professional 48 hour notice prior to our appointment. She arrived on time and went straight to work. By the time she was done, I couldn’t believe how sparkling our floors were, how shiny everything was, and most importantly how clean our home smelled throughout both floors. Krystal was amazing! She organized my master bathroom and cleaned my house very well! I am particular about my floors as her steam mop was icing on the cake for me 🙃 she was very nice to squeeze me into her schedule. She was very professional with her cart that has all of her products and cleaning tools!

Krystal is absolutely fabulous to work with! I use her also as a pet sitter. She is thorough in her work, communicates with every step of the cleaning, very professional, and does an outstanding job with cleaning. Krystal is absolutely wonderful! We hired her to do a deep clean of the house, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless! I didn't have much time to "clean before the cleaner" so to speak and she was so sweet about the mess 😅 and completely undeterred, thoughtfully organized our clutter (and even cleaned each little item) and still got everything sparkling. She was so kind with our cats and our 1 year old (who immediately loved her!). Such a nice, caring person - exactly who you want in your house. 🥰

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have any deep-cleaning projects that will take several hours to complete on top of standard cleaning, please keep that in mind as I am paid by the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will of course give a friendly introduction, and I will ask you of any preferences for your home. Such as: -Areas to avoid or pay special attention to. -If there are any allergies, or sensitivities to smell as I work with a variety of cleaning products. -I can use non-toxic cleaning remedies where I can if that is your preference. I am more than happy to take other preferences and accommodate them. -If you are happy with my services and decide to make it a reoccurring service, we can set up a working schedule from there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated college and worked as a dental assistant specializing in surgical dentistry. So I am well-versed in proper sanitation and sanitization of all bacteria and germs, on top of my experience in the cleaning industry as well. I am also CPR certified.
