- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have any deep-cleaning projects that will take several hours to complete on top of standard cleaning, please keep that in mind as I am paid by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will of course give a friendly introduction, and I will ask you of any preferences for your home. Such as: -Areas to avoid or pay special attention to. -If there are any allergies, or sensitivities to smell as I work with a variety of cleaning products. -I can use non-toxic cleaning remedies where I can if that is your preference. I am more than happy to take other preferences and accommodate them. -If you are happy with my services and decide to make it a reoccurring service, we can set up a working schedule from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated college and worked as a dental assistant specializing in surgical dentistry. So I am well-versed in proper sanitation and sanitization of all bacteria and germs, on top of my experience in the cleaning industry as well. I am also CPR certified.
