FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are pre-set, flat rate prices, that take into account average time to complete the job, cost of materials, taxes, and any applicable warranties. No need to stress, we don't drag our feet to make more money, we don't charge by the hour, so no mater how long it takes, you know the price up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When one of our technicians visits a customer for the first time, we like to introduce them to how we do things different than most companies, and share with them the approximate time it will take. We try to share as much info as we can, and we welcome a curious customer who, may have an interest in seeing what we do. If there are repairs to be done, we share our pricing guide, explain what the part does, and how it affects their system, then we let the customer ask any questions they may have. We typically can repair the broken part on the spot. When all of the work is complete, we make sure that our work area is clean, we verify the repair and that the system is now working, and ask if there is anything more that we can help with. Our technicians make sure that the customer is satisfied with the work we've done before we leave. We offer the customer the opportunity to join our bi-annual membership to help keep their system trouble free, and to save them on any unexpected repairs or services that may come up. Our technician thanks them for being a customer, and plans to see them for their next visit. Cobalt Home Services isn't looking for a one time customer, we want to be the company that you know and trust, year after year.
