FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always strive to work with my client on pricing. Attorneys' fees are often on an hourly rate. I try my best to eliminate that by working with clients on a flat fee basis. When a project is truly unpredictable as to time, hourly rates are considered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I almost always do a FREE consultation. This provides both the client and me the opportunity to know whether we'd like to work with each other as well as allow me to know whether I can truly help them. Once we decide to work with each other, I send a fee agreement along with secure payment method and we create a plan on when the client's job needs to be completed by.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have prior experience in business representation, litigation, wills, trusts, estate planning, real property law, employment law, intellectual property law, and contract law. Primarily, I protect my clients' wealth through business and estate planning.
