I am a versatile provider who is committed to service! I have 12 years of experience in established custom cabinetry shops, as well as 4 years owning my own business specializing in custom closets, walk-ins, and built-in furniture (bookcases, dressers, etc...) I am versed in design languages but am also not beneath doing small jobs and dirty work. I like to build relationships with my customers, and I respect your time and the importance of a safe beautiful home.
You'll notice that my rate is lower than most handymen/builders/craftsmen, and that's intentional. I know my worth and of course I work to earn a living, but my clients' happiness and quality of life is also extremely important to me. I want to add value to my community, and help those I work with feel more comfortable, safe, and happy in their homes! My reviews are a testament to this attitude. Sam’s communication was great. He explained things as he went along and made sure I was happy with the plan. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I feel his workmanship was excellent and he did things in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again. I still need to paint the wood, but very happy to have the old particle board gone.

Sam was efficient with the time he spent installing bathroom exhaust fans at our home. He was able to install without needing to do any major drywall repair or painting, saved us a lot of time and money. He is prompt, professional and trustworthy. I look forward to utilizing his skills with future projects.

I had two door awnings to be installed. Because of limited space & security doors, it was a tricky job. But Sam managed it perfectly and the awnings look great. While at the house, Sam took care of yet another issue for me--the gap at the bottom of the security doors (behind door sweep) where bugs could simply walk in the house. Using a spare piece of my composite decking, Sam extended the bottom out so there is no longer a gap and the match with the deck makes for a perfect job.
I was so impressed with Sam. He is a kind person, answered my plea for awning installation within one hour, did an incredible job (and more) while charging me a very reasonable price.
If you have a job to be done, Sam is your man!

Sam did a fantastic job of installing new outdoor lights over the garage. He was fast, efficient, detailed and friendly. He knew exactly how to do it and completing the job in under and hour. He even helped me find the fuse box!

Sam securely anchored a new junction box and installed a new ceiling fan in our spare bedroom. He had to adapt and work with my unique ceiling situation but completed the task perfectly. I would hire him again
