Talk about a fast response. I heard from Juan Carlos within 2 minutes of posting, and 2 hours later he was at my door. He looked at the project, went and got parts, and had it done a little over 2 hours later. Beautiful clean up job afterwards also. I had a number in my mind for what the parts and labor would be, and he charged less than that! His business card is now on my wall for any further handyman needs. I was quite impressed with him and his work.
