- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation to get to know our clients, either on the phone or in person at a coffee shop. We go over our packages, ask them about their wedding day needs and make sure we are a good fit! Then if they say yes ✨ we hand the bride a personalized wedding binder with our wedding planning checklist, wedding outline, vendor recommendations, etc. and we get planning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our most seasoned coordinators have over a decade of experience planning and coordinating weddings while also holding degrees in business, communication and event planning.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Each client we have formed a relationship with has told us we were worth every penny…we love what we do much more than the money we receive. Our prices will not be going up because we believe in giving our clients a great deal and excellent services no matter how many years we are in business.
