- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Injury/Accident clients: Personal injury accidents are normally handled through a Contingency Fee arrangement. What that means is that you will not have to pay any fee for attorney services until your case is satisfactorily concluded and at that point, attorney fees will be disbursed. Some factors that can help us review your case: 1) Was there was a injury, and if so what injuries were sustained? 2) Was the incident relatively recent (less than a month, preferably within the week)? 3) Was there witnesses? 4) Was there a positive police report, and if so was it in our potential client's favor? 5) Does the client have prior PI cases/lawsuits ? 6) most important, that client was NOT at fault
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take each case and each client individually and help assess the matter based on its unique circumstances. We enjoy getting to know our clients well and really understanding the case details. We not only work for you, but with you in building a strategy to help investigate, prepare, and ultimately succeed in obtaining our targets. We will give a free complimentary legal consultation and then arrange an in-person evaluation meeting at the office or near your home/work, depending on your preference or necessity. We believe that with a COMPLETE picture of our client, he/she isn't just another file, but a client and we commit to our clients timely responses, transparency, and all the information necessary to make sure they feel confident that they have found the right counsel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead attorney is a proud Abraham Lincoln School of Law graduate who went on to gain a Juris Doctorate in 2014 in Los Angeles.
