- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We follow all PUC and DOT guidelines, but as every move that Ben Hur does is custom tailored to our clients needs there is no standard pricing for our industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have contacted our clients via phone call, internet, email, or text our typical process is to make our clients feel as comfortable as they can be during the stressful process of moving. We will take the time to find out all of their needs to make their move as smooth as possible. Ben Hur does an initial phone consultation listening to the clients needs and wants. We then, custom tailor their move to treat each of our customers as a family member offering caring, reliable service, with the utmost integrity providing a smooth transition from your current home to your new home. OUR GOAL: to provide all our clients with a stress free moving experience. We care about getting the job done well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers go through a 3 month training process so they can achieve the level of expertise that Ben Hur Moving requires of their employees. Our leads, or foremen have between 10 to 12 years in the industry on average. Between our moving consultants, dispatchers, warehouse men and marketing staff, Ben Hur Moving has over 75 years experience teaching and training our employees to a standard of excellence that is second to none.
