FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a $7,000 for most cases. If it is particularly easy I ask for less and if it is particularly difficult I ask for more. If you cannot afford to hire me I suggest that you have a longer paid consultation with me so that at least you have some idea about what needs to be done. I am also willing to be hired to do a particular task for my family law clients. This makes the fees more manageable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you don't know how much I care you won't care about how much I know. So I offer both telephone and in person consultations. In other words, I don't watch the clock on the phone and charge you for an in person consultation just because you had already spoken to me on the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the usual credentials I trained with trial lawyers who use psychodrama to listen and understand the situation on a deeper level.
