Pros: Work was done in a timely manner, as agreed. Communication was fast, through text. Price is very reasonable. Overall quality was okay, not excellent though. Cons: They left a lot of mess in the front yard where they kept their tools and also paint hand prints on our front gate. Not all of our beds were covered in protective plastic, so everything got dusty. The owner showed up on the first morning and then on the last day. He was making sure the work got done properly and cleaned up everything himself. Still, his workers were not the best professionals, although very nice guys.

Eddie and his team did a good job removing the popcorn ceiling, skim coating, priming, and painting. Eddie responds to the messages super fast, along with listening and positively responding to all additional wishes we had. The only thing is that it is a looooooot of cleaning afterward, because of the small dust particles on the floors and walls, so be prepared for that. They cleaned it as much as they could, but it was still super dusty. Overall we are happy with the result, the ceiling is smooth and looks more modern now.
