The previous company, through a service like Thumbtack, told us we needed to replace the compressor and control board, which was going to be costly. I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m glad I did! This team came out, checked everything thoroughly, and found that the issue wasn’t as serious as we’d been told. They replaced the contactor, did a complete maintenance service, and also replaced the capacitor and filter. Now the system is working perfectly, and they saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend their honest and professional service!

I had another company come out before and they told me I needed a full AC replacement, which seemed expensive. I decided to get a second opinion and called a different HVAC service. They came quickly, diagnosed the problem, and it turned out it was something that could be repaired instead of replacing the whole system. They fixed it on the spot, and the AC is now working perfectly. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. They saved me a lot of money and hassle. My HVAC system stopped working recently, and I needed immediate assistance. The team arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issues, including problems with the ductwork. They found and repaired multiple leaks in the ducts, where there were holes that could have led to significant air loss and leaking inside the house, could damage the unit also. They replaced the blower motor on the rooftop unit and even located and fixed a refrigerant leak on valves. The unit was fully restored, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The photos show the duct repairs they made on the rooftop, sealing up potential leaks and securing the connections. Fast, professional, and highly effective service. Highly recommend!

Awesome! They worked me into their schedule promptly and on a day/time that was convenient for my schedule. They were also communicative, quick to respond, and were easy to reach when I had follow up questions. They took care of some pretty complicated AC issues I was having with my AC unit and were very persistent and thorough in troubleshooting the issues. My AC unit is actually very old and and I'm overdue for a new one, so I was impressed that they were able to keep it running and buy me some more time before I have to replace it. When it comes time to replace it, I'm def going to go with these guys. But for now, my AC is going strong thanks to the Silver Fox tech! These guys really seem to know their stuff. Top-notch company with high quality service and good honest people!
