From start to finish, Eddie was beyond professional. He responded to my emails promptly and gave me a list of spirits and mixers I should have at the bar. Eddie provided everything else, from ice to barware garnishes; I didn’t have to think of a thing. Upon discussion, Eddie created a craft cocktail board for the party. He came to my house on time, set everything up, and was ready to go. I had 50 guests; everyone was served without having to wait. Eddie even came out and ensured I had a cocktail. He was just fantastic.
