FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my legal fees as economical as possible so as not to put undue financial strain on you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For high-quality service with a variety of immigration law concerns, get in touch with me to schedule an initial consultation. I can sometimes offer free consultations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my legal career working at a litigation firm. Later, I worked for prestigious immigration law firms, including the Law Office of Michael J. Gurfinkel Inc. Over the years, my practice has covered investment, family-based, and employment-based immigration. I have successfully represented clients before all U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) field offices in California, as well as USCIS field offices in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Chicago, Des Moines, Tampa, Fairfax, Newark, New York City and Long Island. These experiences led me to establish my own law firm so I could pursue my passion for helping people through the immigration process. Additionally, I am authorized to practice immigration law nationwide.
