- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing it’s unlikely to find a cheaper price and still get the quality of work i offer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am always happy to meet with new customers. I believe in building mutual trust and even friendships with my customers. I am happy to answer any and all questions. I understand that some people have little or no experience with home repairs/improvements and have no problem walking you through the process if needed. I will also let you know of any cheaper options if there are any available
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing general construction and handyman work for over 15 years. Most of my business is word of mouth i will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the work done.
