We used CFI for a complete home remodel and adding a second story to our home. The guys and there sub contractors were an absolute pleasure to work with we could not be happier with the finished product. We have had experiences with other contractors before on previous homes we have owned and the one thing that stood out to us aside from the quality of the finished product was there transparency in the bidding process, I can honestly say for the first time we were never caught off guard with unexpected costs that we were not at least made aware of before any of the extra work was completed.

My family and I hired CFI to add a 2,000 sq ft addition to our home and remodel our existing kitchen. After searching for the right contractor we were so happy to come across CFI. Not only did they do great work, they helped us through the process from the very beginning. Which for someone who doesn’t know much about construction, and can only show you what I like from pictures online, it was super helpful to have someone help me put my vision together! Thanks again guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All on site visits and proposals are completely free. We will never charge a client or potential client for a proposal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our ideal scenario is to conduct a site visit and walk through with the client. Seeing a project in person prior to submitting a proposal is a must. Next we would follow up with a detailed proposal for the scope and work from there should the client decide to proceed in hiring us.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a 3rd Generation Family owned and operated General Contractor and have served the Central Valley and Bay Area for 40+ years.
