- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A rate sheet is provided in our initial meeting explaining my hourly rate. The bid will explain my fees, projected purchase costs and costs associated with working with various workrooms and trades.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin with a complementary consultation to discuss the scope of the project and budget. The information from this meeting is the foundation for the development of concept boards and cost breakdowns.
