This is a top notch water heater repair company. The technician JAKE tried to do a repair first because I explained I’m on a budget. He then realized that the water heater was beyond repair and explained to me the hazards, broke down the costs, and the importance of permits. He was very knowledgeable and patient and completed the work on time and cleaned up. They have a 1 year work warranty and the materials are better than what you find at Home Depot. Do not hesitate to use these guys!

I needed to replace my water heater, as it was making scary sounds from the debris inside. Harris responded quickly and kept me informed throughout the process via text message and phone call. The technician did a good job of informing me of my choices. They finished the work within a couple of hours of signing the paperwork. The workmanship was very good. They replaced hard pipes with flex lines for earthquake safety and extra shutoff valves to isolate the recirculation line. The technician explained the permitting process with the city. I thought they were a bit expensive, but I was very satisfied with the overall experience.
