OJ is very polite and asks a lot of questions to get all the details of what you are expecting of him . I appreciate his prompt response and complementary cost estimates upfront. I also appreciated his awareness and care to surrounding trees and shrubs while working . OJ was thorough in his cleanup work after trimming hedges. I plan to have OJ back for additional jobs around my yard.

We needed our yard landscaped so we asked ISLANDscaping for a quote. The walk through was professional and then we were provided a number of designs to choose from and our suggestions were incorporated in the design we chose. We were provided a quote and after accepting they started and finished the job in two days. They provided receipts for all the material at the end. The work quality was excellent and the interaction was easy and pleasant. I highly recommend ISLANDscaping!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer starts with an introduction followed by a walk-through. During the walk-through, we work together to agree on a fair price for the project. Once the price is settled,I like to get started quickly, whether it’s designing a new yard or performing a simple cleanup. After completion, I like to send the customer before and after photos to showcase the work that was done.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into landscaping because I started working for landscaping company’s and simply helping out with projects for my friends and family. I also got into it because I enjoy being outside and working with nature, As for my team they have a knack for design and they enjoy the satisfaction of creating something from scratch with 3D renderings and turning it into real life!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In just two days, my team and I transformed a customer’s backyard. We began by discussing their design preferences, then provided a 3D rendering to show what the finished yard would look like. After completing the work, the customer was extremely satisfied with the results.
