- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is generally dependent on size of the home. Square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Type of flooring and number of pets can also have a slight impact on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer decides to hire us, we start with scheduling their first cleaning. After the first cleaning we followup regarding setting up repeat cleanings and collect customer data sheet that we keep on file. It includes information such as pet names, preferred contact method, home access, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners go through an orientation and rigorous training. Our training consists of watching our cleaning video tutorials following with an exam. Upon passing an exam a cleaners is sent out on a field. Our field supervisor overlooks the cleaner the first three days step by step ensuring that they are following our training to the T "Left to right" and "Top to bottom" motto. After the first 3 days, the cleaner is then sent with a Sr. Team Lead to closely oversee their work and rate their work on a daily basis. Each cleaner is trained in one main area (bathroom, kitchen or dusting) and changing bed sheets, taking care of the floors and finishing up. Each time a cleaner changes a role, they are retrained in that area. So our cleaners are experts in their areas! Our team leads, are trained in all areas of home cleaning.
