Introduction

I have a passion and method of decorating that is designed to showcase the home's best assets, impress buyers and sell it quickly for the highest possible price! Home buyers are not just looking for a "roof over their head", they are looking to fulfill their dreams. Staging helps those buyers sell those dreams. It creates a more emotional purchase which in turn, moves them to offer the highest price, and puts more money in your pocket. I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1998, and now have transferred my knowledge of those buyers into my passion of interior design that is most effective in selling your home. I will work closely with you and your Realtor, to help market your homes best features! Nothing is more fun and exciting then taking an space and making simple, elegant and relaxing!

Working with Jenn was great fun! She's got wonderful ideas for staging your home. She works with various materials and colors to get the "right" look. After Jenn completed the staging, my friends didn't recognize my place. They had to take a hard look to know it was the same place! Recommended!

Jennifer is wonderful. I had to get an apartment belonging to my late mother in Walnut Creek jazzed up to sell and made to look nice without a small budget, little time, zero interest on my part and too many other distractions. With fewer than 500 words and I think one five minute call, Jennifer pulled together a neat look that was elegant, contemporary and inviting. The net result was the unit quickly sold with a minimum of time needed by me. I would use her again in a New York minute.

Jenn's Staging is always exceptional! She always makes sure the homes are in great condition to show and always leaves them very clean when the staging items are removed. Pricing is based on whether the client would like a full staging, a partial staging, or just cleaned up organized.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Real Estate business help home owners sell or lease their property for the highest amount of money and in the shortest amount of time for over 4 years. Prior to that I was a full time Realtor, so I know exactly what sells and what doesn't.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by staging my own listings. Then my fellow co-workers loved my work and started paying me to stage their listings. Over time the staging business has taken off. It's a passion and labor of love for me!
