I have a passion and method of decorating that is designed to showcase the home's best assets, impress buyers and sell it quickly for the highest possible price! Home buyers are not just looking for a "roof over their head", they are looking to fulfill their dreams. Staging helps those buyers sell those dreams. It creates a more emotional purchase which in turn, moves them to offer the highest price, and puts more money in your pocket. I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1998, and now have transferred my knowledge of those buyers into my passion of interior design that is most effective in selling your home. I will work closely with you and your Realtor, to help market your homes best features! Nothing is more fun and exciting then taking an space and making simple, elegant and relaxing!

Jennifer went above and beyond and did an amazing job in staging our condo. She even came out to give us advice on our remodel! She advised on color of paint that would make my room appear bigger, color scheme that goes well together and what current buyers are attracted too. I had to postpone our original date for staging and she was more then accommodating and worked around our busy schedule. My wife and I were absolutely impressed with how she staged our condo. The color contrast and style of her furniture made our condo look first class. Jennifer has a impeccable eye for design and top-quality furniture. She was a big reason we soldl our condo after four days on the market and $25k over our asking price. We highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a stager!

Pricing is based on whether the client would like a full staging, a partial staging, or just cleaned up organized.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Real Estate business help home owners sell or lease their property for the highest amount of money and in the shortest amount of time for over 4 years. Prior to that I was a full time Realtor, so I know exactly what sells and what doesn't.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by staging my own listings. Then my fellow co-workers loved my work and started paying me to stage their listings. Over time the staging business has taken off. It's a passion and labor of love for me!
